Although Digital Mapping Solutions is small, we offer professional services just like the big guys. It's like having your very own GIS Specialist but without all the hassles of having an employee.

After working for California State Parks for 12 years. Esther Mandeno decided to start her own GIS consulting firm concentrating on natural resources, fire management and water/wastewater systems. She has extensive experience working in the ESRI and AutoDesk suite of software but is working more and more in open source GIS applications.

Digital Mapping Solutions is owned and operated by Esther Mandeno. With over 15 years of experience in natural resource and fire management and over 9 years of experience in GIS and GPS technologies, she brings her technical and management experience at your disposal. Esther has held numerous positions with the State of California and is now focusing her attention on growing her new consulting business. She uses ESRI's ArcGIS 9.2 with Spatial Analyst, Autodesk Map 3D 2007, Trimble Pathfinder ProXRS GPS Unit, HP DesignJet 2500CP 36" Plotter and more for all her projects.
